The easiest way to run the codes is from a jupyter notebook from the jupyter hub more details on using jupyter is given in jupyter To Run the GetDos codes,
- If you have never run it before, you need to execute a welcome notebook:
- Go to the notebooks folder
- Go to the arcs sub folder
- open the welcome notebook
- execute at least the first cell
- if you want to see a tutorial on using jupyter notebooks, click on the second cell.
- Now open notebooks/arcs/getdos2.ipynb
